Upper Pines RV Camping Guide for Yosemite
Upper Pines is one of the best known places to camp in Yosemite Valley. A smooth RV visit starts with matching the vehicle to the site and knowing what the campground has. This guide puts the key size and utility facts in one place, so you can get ready before you choose a WeRV rental.

RV size and campsite fit
The park lists a 35 foot limit for RVs and a 24 foot limit for trailers at Upper Pines. Use those numbers to rule units out first. Then compare the size of the exact WeRV unit with the size shown for your site. Leave room for the tow vehicle, slide outs, safe access and the shape of the site. Do not rely on the campground limit alone.
Utilities, and getting ready
Upper Pines is open all year. It has tap water and a dump station, but the sites have no hookups. Arrive ready to be self contained, and check park conditions before you leave. A smaller unit that fits well is easier to drive, park and set up in a busy national park.
