The terms for using the WeRV website and your customer account. They also cover our planning tools, estimates and the booking system we connect to.

WeRV gives general information about rentals, RVs, gear and places to go. It also covers owner programs and related services. We work to keep it useful and current, but details can change. Before you decide, confirm the facts that matter. That includes availability, prices, fees, who qualifies, rules and terms.
WeRV may create a customer account and invite you to it. The account shows your rental information. You are responsible for keeping your password and access links private. Account summaries are there for convenience. If account information differs, other records control. Those are the listing you picked, the connected checkout, the signed rental agreement and the WeRV confirmation.
Some of our tools estimate costs. They cover the trip, payments, tax, seller proceeds, owner earnings, delivery and mileage. They give planning estimates only. They are not quotes, appraisals, financing offers or tax advice. They do not guarantee a booking or any income. The written agreement, checkout, lender, tax authority or service provider that applies sets final amounts. It also decides who qualifies.
The listing you pick and the connected checkout confirm your rental. That covers live availability, your dates and whether you qualify to rent. It includes protection products, deposits and taxes. It includes mileage and add ons. It also includes cancellation rules and final rental terms. Sometimes the final rental agreement differs from the website or My WeRV. When it does, the final rental agreement controls.
Adventure and Founders passes are yearly memberships. Each one is active for 12 months from activation. Neither is a one time purchase for a single trip. A membership does not reserve an RV or a campsite. The membership and rental terms shown when you buy and when you book govern eligible discounts, sharing, mileage benefits, availability, exclusions and other benefits.
Unless we expressly say otherwise, RVs and used gear for sale may be listed for private party owners. Owners set asking prices. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the details. That means the description, condition and title information. It also means inspections and final sale documents.
The site may link to or embed public information, videos, maps, value guides, booking tools or other services. Their own providers run those services, and they have their own terms. A link or embed does not mean WeRV guarantees the third party's information or service.
Do not misuse the website. Do not try to get in without permission. Do not send false or harmful information or interfere with another visitor. Do not copy protected content at scale. Do not use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
When you expressly opt in, WeRV may send messages about your inquiry or the service you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
