How WeRV handles your information. This covers browsing the site, asking a question or asking for an estimate. It also covers starting a booking and using My WeRV.

We may collect information you choose to give us. That includes your name, email address and phone number. It includes trip details, RV details, your ZIP code, files you upload and your messages. If WeRV creates a customer account for you, the account may hold more. That can be rental dates, vehicle and reservation references, and pickup or delivery details. It can also be payment summaries, membership status and the trip updates you can see. We may also receive basic technical information. That includes your browser type and device details. It also includes the page that sent you here, the pages you view and how you use them.
We use information to answer questions and make estimates. We use it to support rentals and private party services. We use it to run and secure customer accounts and to handle owner questions. We also use it to improve the website, stop misuse and reach you about a request you made. If you book or pay through a connected checkout, that provider's terms and privacy practices also govern what you send there.
Customer and staff passwords are created and reset through secure email links. WeRV staff should not ask you for your password. Keep your sign in details private. If you believe someone got into your account without permission, contact WeRV right away.
If you give permission, WeRV may text you about the rental, RV, estimate or request you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. WeRV does not send marketing texts.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it. That means for the purposes on this page, for legal duties, to settle disputes and for security. No online system is fully secure. WeRV uses administrative and technical safeguards meant to protect what you send us.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information tied to you. Some legal and operational exceptions apply. You may also opt out of promotional messages at any time.
If you live in California, you have these rights. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose. You have the right to ask for a copy of it. You have the right to ask us to correct or delete it. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. You have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You have the right to be free from discrimination for using these rights. WeRV does not sell personal information for money.
To opt out of sharing for ads, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer and turn off advertising cookies. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
