Lower Pines RV Camping Guide for Yosemite
Lower Pines puts you in Yosemite Valley, where the size of your site matters as much as the campground rules. Here are the checked fit and utility facts, turned into a checklist for picking a WeRV motorhome or trailer.

Length limits, and few big sites
The park lists a 40 foot limit for RVs and a 35 foot limit for trailers at Lower Pines. Only eight sites in Yosemite Valley take that size, and six of them are at Lower Pines. If your rig is big, check the size of your exact site. Compare total length, where the tow vehicle goes, slide room and turning space before you pick a unit.
Water, hookups and the season
Lower Pines has tap water. Yosemite sites have no hookups. The campground opens by season and the dates are tentative, so check with the park close to your trip. Choose a unit whose tanks and layout suit the length of your stay, and plan for a site without hookups.
