Text messages
These terms cover the text messages WeRV sends about RV rentals and the requests you send us.
Effective October 7, 2026
When you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, WeRV may text you about your request. That can be a trip estimate, which RVs are open for your dates, booking updates and follow up on what you asked about. If you call WeRV and we miss the call, we may send one text to follow up on that call.
Tick the consent box on our contact form or any other WeRV request form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can rent from WeRV without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies and depends on your request. Most renters get between one and five messages about a single trip. WeRV does not send marketing texts.
Message and data rates may apply. WeRV does not charge for the messages. Your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one last message that confirms it. To start again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your phone.
